Welll my idea for recruiters... - America's Army Clan =[eXaeQuo]= and [a]L forum

first we should check them on aasa 2nd we should give them a clan tag with the r and follow them for a week 2 see if every body is happy and want them in.... after that.... a vote from all the nw and exaequo members and if we all vote ( more then 50 % ) so he is in... if not... so is out... :)
other thing about the tracker.... its good coz we can see a few boys together and check them on other maps... join them and how many hours the play per day... week monts

Great idea Dj. I think that is a perfect idea. So if i was a recruit my name would be Ki!!s)-(oT(r)???? or nW-Ki!!s)-(oT(r). I was thinking the recruits could have either a recruiting tag like (nW) at the end of there tag or for eXaeQuo a tag like (eXQ) at the end of there name. What do you guys think????

i think that it unnecessery.... but Dj's idea is very good, the whole clan decide whether he/she can join or not, but only a few of us should know the password

Welll josh its doesnt metter.... how the tag will be but josh the R thing and well i was in a few clans before and i took some ideas from there and thats good.. btw if some 1 recruit a guy we should give him a week with the R 2 check if every body is happy or not... :)

u know, before i joined this clan i got an invite from 812th ro and checked out they're website and they do it the same. they have recruits for a month (called hawks) and then they have a vote.

its pretty good. this way we can avoid hackers and assholes...

Ok from this point on all recruits get and [R] at the end of there name for 2 weeks... This is a probabtionary period if we like them aa poll will start in this forums at that points all members will vote 50% or higher and there in!!!!!!!
